One of the projects we've been quietly working on here at FTC is the creation of an on-line resource portal for classroom materials. I can't tell you often I get approached by FTC volunteers telling me about how they've adopted the FTC robotics kit into the classroom.
Often times these volunteers ask if we at FIRST want copies of those materials. Our general answer is "no" but we encourage these folks to keep going and offer the tools to their peers.

As of this blog post we've uploaded the links for the TETRIX and FTC getting started lessons that we'd previously communicated in order to "prime the pump." If you check these out you'll see the format which includes the ability to comment on the material and give it a user rating similar to the way Amazon allows customers to rate products.
The comment and rating tools should be a great way to help you determine which tools might be most useful in your particular situation. For instance if you were looking for a good way to teach principles of force and motion for a physics class using the FTC kit you might find user supplied content for this purpose, with feedback on how well suited the content was for that topic.
The eventual quality of the content will be decided upon by you! If you've got materials, lessons, or other ways you've used FTC in the classroom post them here. Start a new thread and follow the instructions. None of the content will be sold and all content used will benefit your peers in FTC Nation!
