You may have already seen this, it seems to be burning up the internet today - but if you haven't it's worth checking out.
Reportedly it's the first electric multicopter capable of transporting a human.
I know I've said this before, but the folks working on this kinda stuff are using the same technology as FTC (and FRC) teams. Pretty cool.
