Student information entered into STIMS? These are all critical administrative actions each team needs to complete for the upcoming season. So, the first obvious pattern in the clues so far is rings; between the Olympic rings, the circles in the tic-tac-toe game from the video, and the "you can ring us" comment from this hint. The other noticeable patterns seem to be wires and poles.
Based on the poles and rings, could it be something like FRC's "Logo Motion"? And speaking of patterns, could it be a puzzle, as suggested by the tic-tac-toe game and "whether you have all your ducks in a row"?
